How does Men's Bladder Support Formula work?

In order to develop a nighttime support formula for male urinary health, Life Extension's clinical research team conducted a study where over the course of 60 days, 30 healthy older men who'd reported an increased frequency of nocturnal urination took one capsule of our Men's Bladder Support Formula every night before bed.³ The results were impressive. 

Over 60% reported relief—At the beginning of the study, 87% of participants reported waking at least once a night to go to the restroom. That number dropped to about 23% after 60 days.

What's in Men's Bladder Support Formula?

Beta-sitosterol—This plant-derived compound promotes healthy urination in men.^4,5

Melatonin—This naturally occurring hormone encourages healthy, restful sleep. But melatonin does more than that.⁶ In a randomized controlled clinical trial, 2 mg of time-release melatonin taken every night for 4 weeks helped reduce the incidence of nighttime urination.⁷

Pygeum africanum (African cherry/plum tree) bark extract—Pygeum africanum is a source of beta-sitosterol. Its bark has been shown to help support prostate health, support a healthy inflammatory response and relieve nighttime urination frequency.⁸

Lycopene—This fat-soluble carotenoid compound is a powerful antioxidant usually derived from tomatoes. Lycopene helps inhibit inflammatory factors to help maintain prostate health at the cellular level.^9,10
