To start the process instantly, you can begin your return by visiting the "My Account" section of our website, locate the order in question and select "Request Return". This can also be found by opening your order confirmation email and selecting the "view your order" button.

• Product you would like to return & quantity

Returns are accepted within 30 Days of the delivery date
Unopened product: For eligible products that have not been opened and all packaging is in new condition, you may return them for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. Refunds are issued in a timely manner after HealthWay receives the returned product.
For opened product: You may return the unused portion of your product within 30 days of delivery for a store credit equal to the product's purchase price. To be eligible for a refund, the unused portion must contain at least 25% of the original product. Please note that we are unable to refund the original and return shipping charges. The store credit will be applied in timely manner after we receive the product.
Return Shipping: HealthWay does not cover the cost of shipping returned items. However, we can provide a return shipping label at a discounted rate and deduct the shipping amount from the return total.
Personal Consumption and Bulk Purchases: Our 30-Day Return Policy is designed to accommodate products intended for personal use. Personal use is defined as returns involving either:
Purchases with a total value of less than $350, or
12 or fewer units of the same product.
For returns exceeding a total value of $350 or involving 13 items or more of the same product, each case will be reviewed individually. Please note that such returns may not always qualify for our standard policy. Approval for these returns is contingent on a case-by-case assessment, which may include a refund issued in store credit or denial of the return.
Chocolate Products and Melting: For products containing chocolate, please be aware that they may melt during transit, although this is a rare occurrence. We recommend refrigerating all chocolate products upon receipt to restore their consistency. Please note that we do not accept returns on melted products.
Essential Oils and Fragrance Returns: We do not accept returns for open essential oil and fragrance products. However, if the product is unopened and remains in its original packaging, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping and Delivery: We take great care in selecting reputable carriers for all domestic orders, ensuring secure delivery. All domestic shipments come with delivery confirmation from either the US Postal Service or UPS. Once UPS or the US Postal Service confirms delivery, healthwaynutritioncenter.com is not responsible for undamaged merchandise. Any lost packages after delivery must be addressed directly with UPS or the US Postal Service.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: If a parcel is either refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it will be processed as a return. In such cases, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of your order, minus the shipping charges.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if our return policy is being misused.
