We specialize in knowing our products well and providing excellent customer service. We work very hard to be knowledgeable about our products and human health, but we are not doctors. Federal regulations and our personal ethics prevent us from giving medical advice. Our services are meant to complement professional medical care and are not a substitute for a qualified health care practitioner. We welcome your health questions, and we thank you for understanding the limitations we must operate within.

We work directly with trusted manufacturers, 99% of which are based in the USA. Raw materials for the products we sell are sourced globally, which is why working with suppliers that have long track records and strong quality control practices is mandatory for our business. Whether it’s US-grown peas for protein powders or the exotic herb Kava Kava native to the Pacific islands, all ingredients are subject to a battery of tests to ensure identity, purity, and potency

At our brick and mortar we currently accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, local checks and most health-saving type card with a credit card processor’s logo (Amex, Visa, Master card, Discover). Online, we accept a wide range of payment options including credit cards, apple pay and pay pal. For those who have health or medical spending cards without a credit processor’s logo, we can provide extra receipts or even annual expense reports to assist in obtaining compensation from your provider.

Yes, we do! We regularly prepare orders for both pick up and shipment, utilizing USPS or UPS for delivery. Most of our customers choose to set up a HealthWay account that records what items they’ve purchased, making repeat orders a breeze. Orders can be phoned in, emailed or placed online.

HealthWay is and always has been a family-owned business since 1975. Our family has owned HealthWay Nutrition since 1992 and we live in the same community that we serve locally here in the Rogue Valley. Independent, family-owned businesses are becoming a rare thing, and we are grateful to be able to serve the community we love! We and our customers have found that we value quality over quantity, so to maintain our high standards, we operate out of a single location.
