Instructions: Easy Usage Instructions: (For complete usage instructions see guide inside

1. Wash hands.
2. Prepare the Saline Solution per instructions.
3. Fill your clean , dry Nasal Cleansing Pot.
4. Practice the process over a sink or basin.
5. Tilt your head to the side as shown.
6. During the cleansing process breathe through your mouth.
7. Insert spout of the Nasal Cleansing Pot gently into the raised nostril
creating a seal between pot and nostril.
8. Raise Nasal Cleansing Pot slowly to develop a steady flow of saline solution
in through the upper nostril and out of the lower nostril.
9. Upon completion of the process , exhale gently (through the nose) several
times to clear the nasal passages.
10. Reverse the tilt of your head and repeat the process on the other side.
11. Thoroughly clean and dry Nasal Cleansing Pot.
Adjust the angle of your head to bring the forehead more or less in line with
your chin You should find that having your forehead angling slightly downward
and sideways will be just about right. (One Good Tip: You should be able to see
the sink drain out of the corner of your eye when angled properly.) You will
notice that when you get the proper angle , the saline will flow easily in
through the upper nostril and out of the lower nostril. This is the most
important factor in a successful nasal wash. Do not be afraid to adjust your head
slightly to get the most comfortable angle for your personal practice.
6. During the cleansing process breathe through your mouth. slightly downward

mouth. If you do not have the sufficient angle , you will find saline draining
into your mouth. If this happens stop , realign your head , and restart the nasal

You are in total control of the flow of the saline by the way you hold the pot.
The higher you hold it , the faster the flow. Try to find the right flow for you
by raising the pot slowly while you hold your head in the correct position.

Within the Contiguous 48 States: Standard shipping is just $6.99 per order and FREE for orders over $50. Standard shipments may be delivered by either UPS or USPS and we cannot determine which of the two will ultimately deliver the package. Occasionally, UPS will deliver the package to the local post office and the post office will then deliver it to your door. Transit time is typically 2-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

You may choose to upgrade your shipping to Express 2-Day delivery once you are ready to check out. Depending on the time of day the order was placed, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. All transit times are listed in business days. Please note our standard Express 2-day shipping charge may not be adequate for large orders or orders to certain destinations. We will reach out to alert you about potential additional shipping costs, and will not charge your payment method until we resolve any confusion. The additional shipping charges for upgraded air shipments will be calculated based on the weight of the products you purchase and the destination. Please note that if you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a U.S. Territory you must select "USPS Priority Mail" as your delivery option.

Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories: If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-4 days, however, it is not guaranteed and it cannot be tracked until it is delivered. While we do our best to accommodate our customers in these areas, we cannot offer our standard $6.99 flat-rate for these orders. Orders greater than $50 will qualify for free standard USPS shipping and orders less $50 will be charged a $12 flat rate.

P.O. Boxes: If your delivery address is a United States P.O. Box, your order will be sent via USPS. Please note that because UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, orders not qualifying for standard shipping rates may be more expensive. Having your order sent to a place that accepts both UPS and US Postal Service is recommended if you wish to keep your shipping costs low.
